Christy has led, motivated and art-directed several design teams throughout her career and served as mentor to countless senior and junior designers, as well as consultant to senior communications executives.

Hers is a style that supports and encourages innovation. She has over 20 years experience creating high-impact communications for a wide variety of media. Most recently, Christy consulted onsite as the Creative Director at Freddie Mac, transforming and leading their creative and media services departments.

Christy’s areas of expertise include art direction, project leadership, new business development, typography and full service design, as well as and staff structure and development. She supervises all creative materials from concept to production.

She also excels at effectively cooperating with individuals from all cultural backgrounds to achieve specific design goals, and offers extensive experience in serving Fortune 500 companies, non-profit and government clients. Christy earned a BFA from the Corcoran School of Art and Design and a MA in Arts Management from George Mason University.

James Wagoner is a graphic and conceptual designer, as well as a fine artist, illustrator and photographer. He has 20+ years of professional experience following his studies in design at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. His work is conceptually minded yet minimalist in execution.

James has applied his talents to a diverse range of print media including books, flyers, annual reports, posters, direct mail, print ads and bind-in ads, with extensive expertise in pre-press, offset press and large format. He also has a background in 3-D design animation, a skill that he utilized in creating a training module for the U.S. Marine Corps.

Cara is a marketing and communications professional with 20 years experience across a wide variety of industries on both the client and agency sides, having worked for large organizations such as QVC, Capital One and Sunrise Senior Living. Her areas of focus include strategy, research and project management, as well as branding and copywriting. She has over 10 years of experience with HUE, beginning as a client while at Sunrise Senior Living.

Cara earned a BS in Marketing from Penn State University, an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, as well as secondary teaching licensure in Marketing and English. Cara also has 5 years of experience as an Adjunct Marketing Professor at Marymount University.
